MARYVILLE, Mo.- Last Saturday, the Bearcat Volleyball team played against the Emporia State Hornets in the Bearcat Arena. The women defeated the Hornets 3-1. Northwest had a slow start allowing the Hornets to get up on the board first with a 25-22 win in the first set. The Bearcats reacted by winning the next one, and the two others after that. Northwest slowly put the Hornets in a hole after winning the next sets 25-11, 25-12, and 25-11. Check out the team stats here.
