Since spring break is just around the corner, I’ve decided to share a few outfit tips that are perfect transitioning pieces for spring. These outfits will start to involve spring colors and lighter weight sweaters! I've provided 3 outfit ideas with 4 tips when transitioning into spring. -Trade a darker sweater with a lighter one

When transitioning into spring weather the easiest option is to change out darker colored swearers with lighter tones. This allows a subtle change in the wardrobe but still keeping warm. For this outfit I'm wearing a light purple sweater and a pastel colored blanket scarf. This combo is perfect for colder weather and a slower transition into spring.

-Wear long sleeve blouses & peep toe booties

For this outfit I wore peep toed booties and a long sleeve blouse. Blouses are for spring but when its to cold to wear a short sleeve blouse for a long sleeve one. Another tip is to wear peep toe booties instead of winter booties to give off a spring vibe within your outfit. This outfit is the perfect transitional outfit because the blouse and the shoes still provide warmth without being overly cozy.

-Lighter denim instead of darker

Another super easy tip is to wear a lighter wash pair of denim instead of a dark wash. Throughout the winter months most will have been wearing dark and black jeans. By switching to a lighter or even white denim will give off a simple spring touch. I paired my light wash denim jeans with two darker pieces to balance out the outfit and to give off a subtle transition into spring!
