Hey guys! Today I’m sharing my five favorite winter outfits in this lookbook. I show casual and dressy options for the winter. Let me know if you guys want to see more outfit options. Later this week I’m sharing a couple Valentine’s Day outfits. So make sure you’re watching for that!
Simple Style
For this really simple outfit you just need a sweater, jeans, and boots! Really simple just grab any ideas from your closet and style them. I wore this crazy fuzzy sweater with high waisted denim jeans. Any jeans you wear with your OTK boots should be skinny so they fit inside and look sleek. The for sweaters with these boots there’s endless options. Wear a cropped sweater, oversized sweater, or just a unique styled sweater. To complete th look I added my red purse to finish with a pop of color. This really helps put the look together as neutrals and a bold are working together.
Sweet & Cute
This outfit is for the girls that want to dress up without being over the top. I wore my cropped yellow sweater with black denim jeans. Although the yellow is bold I added my leopard print booties to finish off the look. The yellow works well the the neautral booties because it’s in the same color range. Dressy
For a dressed up look I wore my maroon corduroy overall dress. To Style on the top I wore a cropped black oversized sweater. A tip with styling overalls and dresses is to not only wear something underneath, but over top to get a new look of a skirt! Since the sweater was covering most of the skirt I didn’t want to much black. I added my black booties instead of my OTK boots but they would still look great! This outfit is perfect for those nicer days!
Comfy Casual
For a casual winter outfit my number one go to would be mom jeans! Since they are loose jeans they are really comfy but are more put together than than leggings. I styled the jeans with and oversized v-neck sweater. For shoes I added my faded pink new balances because I felt it complemented the maroon sweater! For my hair I put it in a fishtail braid to give a more sporty look!
Going out
For a good going out to a nice dinner or hanging out with friends this outfit is perfect! I styled my red contrast booties with highwaisted denim jeans. Then I wore a tight grey turtleneck sweater to keep the look sleek. For my hair I kept it straight for chic look throughout the outfit. An added option is to wear a nice pleated coat on top. This maroon one matches perfectly with the boots and is a great added layer of warmth!
